I placed my order October 17th and just received a tracking number November 22. As of November 29th UPS still does not show receiving the package. I need these products to send to my customers for the holidays. I can't say how quality the product is because I haven't received it yet. I ordered 3 or 4 items.

The scratchers are cute, but I ordered on September 25th for an event in my store in October 11th. I emailed twice letting them know about my deadline. No response. Only after I left a one star review did I get a tracking number. But they didn't ship the scratchers until I filed a dispute through PayPal. The scratchers were in my mailbox when we came home from our event on the 11th. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
